Boston College golfer Brian Butler hit a $10,000 hole-in-one in the qualifier for the Benrus Open. He then faced a choice of either taking the money or forfeiting his amateur status thanks to the NCAA's rules. The good news is that if he hit that shot during the actual tournament, it would've been worth $1,000,000 so there's that, which is nice.
