***NOTE: Despite this afternoon being the home opener for BC Women’s Soccer, just a heads up that, unfortunately, fans will not be allowed to attend due to COVID-19***
Well, the Eagles are still hunting for that first win of the season, but they’ve finally found the back of the net. After starting the year with two shutouts, BC tallied three scores against Pitt last Thursday night, but came up short in the 4-3 loss. The search for a win goes continues*.

LAST TIME OUT
Boston College had a pretty disappointing loss at Pitt last week. The Eagles were up 2-1 at halftime before a wild second half saw the Panthers take a come-from-behind 4-3 win. After BC tied the score up at 3-3 at the 72:55 mark of the game, Pitt somehow managed to score just 13 seconds later for the win. Ouch.
Duke is coming off a couple nice wins, a 1-0 win over Clemson on October 4th and a 2-0 win over Virginia Tech last Friday. The Blue Devils were picked 4th in the preseason ACC poll, so this should be a tough one for BC, though they’ll finally be on their own turf.
HOW TO WATCH
The usual ACC RSN affiliates are picking up this one for TV coverage, which means locally the game will be carried live on NESN. If you aren’t in the Boston area, you can find where to watch the Eagles in your area right here. Unfortunately, fans will not be allowed to attend the game in person due to COVID-19.
