BC Athletics announced Monday afternoon that the Nov. 7 matchup against the N.C. State Wolfpack will be played at either 12 or 12:30. For those not able to attend the game in Chestnut Hill, the game will be televised on either ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or the ACC Network, with all of the details to be determined following the Halloween matchup against Va. Tech.
The Eagles will play the Wolfpack for the 13th time in program history. The Eagles are 8-4 all time and boast a 6-1 record at the Heights. Given Wolfpack's winning record this season at 5-2, and given BC football's recent troubles this contest has a very realistic chance of bucking the trend.
N.C. State brings in the dual threat of redshirt senior Jacoby Brisset and junior Matthew Dayes. The Wolfpack will come to the Heights following the 84th playing of the Textile Bowl, taking on Clemson at home. Assuming an N.C. State loss against Clemson, the Wolfpack potentially could have its sixth win in play, ensuring bowl eligibility for the program.
