Notes:
Boston College takes on North Carolina in a single-elimination ACC quarterfinal, with the winner advancing to tomorrow's semifinals. BC will be hoping star pitchers Allyson Frei and Jessica Dreswick can cool down UNC's hot offense, which was one of the best in the ACC. An Eagle victory would keep them in contention for an NCAA tournament spot, as BC looks to make the field of 64 for the first time since 2003. A loss would likely end all hopes of making it.
