The Boston College Eagles continued a now four game winning streak Sunday afternoon at Conte Forum by defeating the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils 84-65 in front of 4,669 spectators in Chestnut Hill, Mass.
The scoring was relatively distributed for the Eagles. Boston College had five players with double digit points, with Jordan Chatman leading the way with 15.
The Eagles also pulled 15 offensive rebounds, and 26 defensive rebounds during the contest.
Free throw shooting, however, was of concern for the Eagles. Boston College only shot 69% from the stripe (11-for-16).
For the Blue Devils, Tyler Kohl and Mustafa Jones led the way, with Kohl contributing 17 points to the CCU cause, and Jones adding 15 points of his own.
The Eagles play one more game on Dec. 23 against Richmond at Conte Forum before breaking for the Christmas holiday. The Eagles then begin ACC play against Virginia on the road.
