Boston College Men's Basketball Recruiting

Kevin Marfo, a 6-8 power forward out of Worcester, Mass. will announce his college selection Friday, Adam Zagoria of SNY has reported. Boston College is one of three colleges who has expressed interest in the power forward. Marfo said that he has interest in BC due to the "great academics" and the fact that the team is young. Boston Amateur Basketball Club director Leo Papile is quoted as saying that Marfo could be "a double-figure rebounder in a Power 5 conference. Marfo is rated as a three star recruit according to rivals.com. He is also rated as the 148th best recruit in the country.

NYCHoops.net has reported that shooting guard Hamidou Diallo of Queens, N.Y. has picked up an offer from Boston College. The offer marks the five-star recruit's eighteenth offer. Diallo also has two other ACC offers from Syracuse and Wake Forest.

Has multiple other offers including Gonzaga and Texas.

The 6'2 PG averaged 8 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists per game last year with the Gators. He has also visited UNLV and Georgetown. This is a big need for Boston College, he could add much needed stability to the back court and give a veteran presence on a very young team.

Available 2015 big man Johncarlos Reyes visited Boston College the last few days and is now on his way to visit Providence.

A 6'5 240lb tight end from Grove City, Ohio has received offers from Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Florida Atlantic, Kentucky, Wake Forest, and Western Michigan

Grad student who averaged 5 points and 3.6 rebounds a game is also considering Iowa State, Kansas State, Stanford, Bradley and Depaul

A major recruit that could be a key to the success of Jim Christian is visiting Boston College this weekend. It's a huge visit, as BC is in dire need of a bruising power forward like Davis. Cross your fingers and toes on this one.
