Boston College, fresh off a solid win last night at Conte Forum, takes its 5-2-1 record out to western Massachusetts to take on the UMass-Amherst Minutemen at the Mullins Center, closing out a stretch of 5 games in 8 days. A win tonight would make it a very successful stretch.
UMass is 2-3-0 in their first season under new head coach Greg Carvel, tasked with a BC-basketball-style rebuilding project after inheriting a team that was a mess last season. They’ve showed some positive signs already, with wins over Colorado College and Army so far, but a home loss to UNH last night was a setback.
The puck drops at 7:00 PM and the game will be streamed via UMass Athletics, for $6.95. You can also listen live at 850 AM WEEI or via BC’s website.
