2015-2016 Boston College Hockey Schedule Nearly Complete

As we know, Boston College usually doesn't announce its hockey schedule until very late in the summer - usually long after the rest of their Hockey East rivals have announced their schedules. As such, it's a summer tradition to piece together next year's schedule using other teams' announcements. We're one step closer to having next year's complete schedule after UConn announced its home game schedule for next season. BC will return to the XL Center in Hartford on Tuesday, November 24.

Below are the games with dates confirmed thus far. We have the date of all of BC's nonconference games; the only games missing are home vs. UConn, both games vs. Providence, and both games vs. UMass. We also have a little bit of speculation regarding the open weekend on the calendar.

Friday, 1/22, Saturday 1/23: BC is likely to have a game this weekend, and it seems like the likeliest candidate is a standalone game against UMass, either home or away, on Friday, 1/22. Providence is booked all weekend, and UConn plays on Friday and Tuesday. Though a game on Saturday wouldn't be out of the question, it seems unlikely. It's also possible BC could play UMass the Friday and UConn the Saturday.
