In the third period of Boston College's 4-3 win over New Hampshire tonight at Conte Forum, Colin White left the game and did not return. In the postgame press conference, BC Interruption's Arthur Bailin learned that White suffered a sprained wrist—or "kind of a sprained wrist," in Jerry York's exact words.
There is no news at this time on Colin White's status for future games, including Monday's Beanpot final against BU.
BC had already been dealing with two players out with injury. Miles Wood was held out of the game with what was termed a "lower body injury." His status also remains unknown though BCI sources suggest his absence was precautionary.
Chris Calnan also missed the game as he continues to battle lingering upper body issues.
