The best time of year is only 2 weeks away...
#14, Adam Gilmour, Forward
Class Year: Junior
Height: 6'3''
Weight: 193
Hometown: Hanover, MA
Before BC:
Played for the Muskegon Lumberjacks (USHL) the season before joining the Eagles. Also played for the Cape Cod Whalers Under-18 team and at Nobles.
Fun facts:
- Gilmour was selected 98th overall in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild.
- Has played in every game while at BC.
- Scored his first career goal in an overtime win at Northeastern.
2014-2015 in review:
Gilmour played in all 38 games as a sophomore, and recorded 27 points: 9 goals and 18 assists. He was second on the team with a +/- of +14. Gilmour was also second on the team in power play goals; he picked up 5 during the season. He was named to the Ledyard Classic All-Tournament Team after scoring a power play goal in each game. He also had a career high 6-game point streak.
2015-2016 outlook:
Gilmour is a steady presence for the Eagles who should continue to play every game (barring injury). Gilmour has scored 20+ points in both of his seasons with the Eagles, so look to him to continue to be an offensively productive member of the team. As a solid two way forward, Gilmour should also continue to be an important member of the power play unit.
