On Monday, USA Today and USA Hockey released the final college hockey poll of the season. While Boston College fell short of another national title this weekend in Philadelphia, the Eagles find themselves ranked third in the season-ending poll.

First-time national champ Union finished first with all 34 first-place votes, naturally. National runner-up Minnesota finished second, while Boston College, UMass-Lowell and North Dakota round out the top five. Five of the top 15 programs in the final poll hail from Hockey East, with Providence (9), Notre Dame (11) and Vermont (14) all cracking the top 15.
