Boston College vs. Temple Football To Be Televised Nationally, 12pm Kickoff

Game will be on ESPN2 or ESPNU

Ah, it’s good to be ranked again isn’t it?

The ACC announced its Week 5 television schedule on Monday, and the Eagles will have their third straight game on TV after opening with two games streaming on the ESPN3/ACCDN platform.

Boston College vs. Temple will be a 12pm kickoff on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.

According to FBSchedules.com, the other noon kickoff playing opposite BC on either The U or The Deuce will be West Virginia at Texas Tech. WVU currently sits at 12th in the AP Poll, so it will be interesting to see whether Bristol sets the channel by region (i.e. ESPN2 for BC in the northeast and ESPNU elsewhere) or whether they’ll use this weekend’s results to set the channels nationally.

Either way, it’s a nice change to be involved in the TV decisions each week once again. Such are the perks of being back in the top 25 for the first time in a decade.

First up for the Eagles is a trip to Purdue this Saturday. That game will also be a noon kickoff on ESPN2.
