It appears that Harold Landry’s career as a Boston College Eagles football player is over.

Landry, who has been sidelined with an ankle injury since the game against Florida State in mid-October, will miss his final game as a Boston College football player, the Pinstripe Bowl, due to injury, the team announced through spokesperson Jason Baum Tuesday.

Landry is likely to be selected in the 2018 NFL Draft after Landry eschewed the draft last year to return to the Heights for his senior year. However his senior year was cut short after he was scratched from the lineup prior to the game against Florida State. Landry has not seen action since then.

The Eagles will take on the Iowa Hawkeyes Wednesday afternoon at Yankee Stadium at 5:15 PM in the eighth playing of the Pinstripe Bowl. The game will be shown on ESPN, the eighth time the Eagles have been shown on national television this season.
