Boston College Recruiting 2018: Eagles Offer WR Daniel George

BC joins Iowa and Virginia among teams offering 6'1" inch product of Maryland

Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

Boston College offered 2018 wide receiver prospect Daniel George, per a tweet from the Oxon Hill High School football Twitter account.

George is a 6'1" wideout from Oxon Hill, Maryland. He is listed as having run a 4.8 second 40-yard dash with a 4.3 shuttle, along with a 24 inch vertical. That said, he still has a few years before he would ever factor into the Boston College plans, let alone the Eagles lineup, having just completed his freshman year of high school.

BC is the third team to offer George, joining the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Virginia Cavaliers. Other Power 5 schools are already showing interest, including the ACC's Miami and Virginia Tech. Maryland, Michigan State, Penn State, and West Virginia are reportedly on the young man's list.
