Despite coming off a 48-34 loss to Florida State, Vegas oddsmakers are expecting Boston College to earn win #3 this weekend against Army. The Wynn Las Vegas has installed Boston College as a 13-point favorite for this weekend's Homecoming game against the Black Knights.

You have to go all the way back to the 2010 season to find a game where the Eagles were favored by more points against an FBS opponent (BC -17 for Kent State in 2010).

Army is 2-3 on the year, coming off a 35-16 victory over Louisiana Tech at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas. After winning the season opener against Morgan State, 28-12, the Black Knights proceeded to lose three straight -- at Ball State 40-12, Stanford 34-20 and Wake Forest 25-11.

Last season, Boston College was a 7-point road favorite at Army. The Black Knights scored with 45 seconds left in the game to earn a 34-31 victory and snap an eight-game losing streak.

2012 - Army 34, Boston College 31 (Army +7)
2007 - Boston College 37, Army 17 (Army +26)
2005 - Boston College 44, Army 7 (BC -27.5)
2001 - Boston College 31, Army 10 (BC -23.5)
2000 - Boston College 55, Army 7 (BC -6.5)
1997 - Boston College 24, Army 20 (Army +13.5)
1995 - Army 49, Boston College 7 (Army +13)
1994 - Boston College 30, Army 3 (BC - 20)
1993 - Boston College 41, Army 14 (BC -20.5)
1992 - Boston College 41, Army 24 (BC -16.5)

Boston College has covered in six of the last ten meetings with the Black Knights, but has failed to cover in each of the last two meetings. BC is 8-2 in its last 10 games vs. Army and leads the all-time series 24-13.
