With Saturday’s win over UConn, Boston College is now 5-6 and can crawl their way back to bowl eligibility with a win at Wake Forest.
They will be slight but not overwhelming underdogs in that contest, opening up as a 3.5 ‘dog according to Wynn sports books. (See all current lines here.)
Wake Forest has lost four of their last five games. Much like the Eagles, they took beatings against Louisville and Clemson over the past two weeks, and they now carry a 6-5 record in to Saturday's game. Their bowl spot is assured but they'll be looking to improve it by picking up victory #7.
Wake is a pretty solid 7-4 against the spread this season. The Eagles, 5-6 in real life, are 4-5-1 against the spread; the Georgia Tech game was a push, and the Wagner game was off the board.
What do you think - is 3.5 a fair line? Do you expect BC to pick up win #6 on Saturday or do you like Wake Forest’s chances?
