Boston College’s players, coaches and fans rightfully got to bask in the glow of the first ACC win in 700 days this weekend, but it’s right back to the grind today as the Eagles prepare for one of the best teams in the country.
With Louisville coming to Alumni Stadium on Saturday (12:00 PM, ESPN2), BC will be a heavy underdog. Louisville opens as a whopping 25-point favorite over the Eagles, according to VegasInsider.com.
Of course, BC was a big underdog this past weekend as well, with NC State giving up 15 points. Despite the win over the Wolfpack, it’s going to take a big performance against a top team before anyone nationally thinks the Eagles aren’t a walkover for a team like Louisville.
