Name: Drew Barksdale
Position: Wide receiver
Number: #80
Year: Sophomore
Height: 5-foot-11
Weight: 198 lbs.
Hometown: Solon, OH
High School: Solon HS
2013 Stats: Appeared in one game as a true freshman -- at USC on September 14.
2014 Stats: Appeared in BC's opening game against UMass but suffered a leg injury that forced him to miss the remainder of the season. Received a medical redshirt.
2015 Projections: Barksdale is back on the field after his injury and competing right now to be in the starting lineup. He played in the first scrimmage, showing off good speed. I imagine that if he can stay healthy he will see time on the field in some of Wade's spread formations.
How'd He Get Here: A three star receiver out of high school, Drew Barksdale chose the Eagles over claimed offers from Air Force, Akron and Ohio. Recruited by Jim Bollman.
