Yesterday it was reported that Myles Willis was named to the Hornung Award Watch List. Today it's fellow running back Jon Hilliman's turn to be honored. This time Hilliman was named to the Maxwell Award watch list, an award given to the best player in the country. This is a major honor for Jon, who ran for 860 yards and 13 touchdowns as a freshman. He had a break out performance against Penn State in the Pinstripe Bowl when he ran for 148 yards against one of the best rushing defenses in the country.
