After helping lead Boston College to a 7-5 (4-4 ACC) record and a bowl game for the second straight season, five Eagles football players have been named to the New England Football Writers Division I All-New England team.
Center Andy Gallik, quarterback Tyler Murphy, defensive back Manuel Asprilla, punter Alex Howell and linebacker Josh Keyes all earned a spot on the 2014 New England Football Writers Division I All-New England Team. It was the first such honor for all five Eagles.
Boston College and Harvard led the way with five selections. The Crimson completed a perfect 10-0 season and won its second-straight Ivy League title.
Congratulations to all five Eagles!
