It has been 695 days since Boston College men’s ice hockey has won a game outside of Hockey East play.

That streak will see a 696th day after Boston College fell to the Quinnipiac Bobcats 1-0 in Hamden, Conn. Chase Prinskie scored the game winning goal for the Bobcats in the first period after BC took two penalties within a minute of each other to give Quinnipiac a 5-on-3 opportunity.

BC had its chances, but it looked like the Bobcats were a step ahead of the Eagles teh whole night.

BC has not beaten Quinnipiac in four meetings.
