Per a report by CBS Sports reporter Jon Rothstein, the Boston College Eagles will host the Harvard Crimson in Chestnut HIll on Dec. 7.

The meeting marks the 50th meeting between the two teams. The matchup, dating back to the 1905-06 season (a 42-6 Boston College loss on January 15, 1906) has seen many significant moments, including the first men's basketball game at Conte Forum, a 70-64 Boston College win on November 25, 1988.

The Eagles have won the last two matchups against the Harvard Crimson. Most recently, the Eagles, powered by a 16 point performance by Matt Milon, took a 69-56 decision on Nov. 22 in Conte Forum.

The Eagles hold the historical matchup advantage, owning a 34-15 overall record against the Crimson since the matchup in the 1906 season.
