Boston College was able to pick up their biggest win of the season Friday night after defeating the Friars of Providence 79-67. BC earned their 51st win all-time versus Providence, and moves to 7-6 on the season.

Jerome Robinson led the Eagles with 21 points, with Ky Bowman and Mo Jeffers chipping in 16 and 13 points, respectively. Tied at 48 with ten minutes to play, BC was able to use a 22-3 run to lead by as many as 20 points en route to arguably their biggest win in two seasons.

The win against Providence marks the end of BC’s non-conference schedule. The Eagles will begin ACC play against Syracuse New Year’s Day.

Eagle Hour, a podcast available before and after every BC men’s basketball game, breaks down the glorious win over Providence in its entirety.
