It was just one game, but you bet we’ll take it! After seeming to lose yet another game in the final seconds, Boston College stormed down the court without a timeout, missed an initial shot, but saw Nik Popovic tip it home with 0.2 on the clock to deliver a huge win for the Eagles at Madison Square Garden. The Eagles improved to 5-5 with the win, and more importantly got back some confidence for this young team after the tough week they had last week on their home floor.
Jerome Robinson led the Eagles once again with 23 points, bouncing back from his off night against Hartford.
