Can't complain too much if you're a Boston College fan. The team wasn't going to place a player on the All-Defensive Team and third team All-ACC sounds about right for Anderson. Hanlan's unanimous all-freshman selection is the second in as many years for Boston College. Anderson earned an unanimous all-freshman selection, along with Duke's Austin Rivers, last season. Rivers would go on to earn ACC Rookie of the Year honors over RA.
The announcement for the rest of the awards will come tomorrow. Have to like Hanlan's chances of bringing home the ACC Rookie of the Year award given his unanimous selection to the All-Freshman team. If he doesn't, we'll have plenty to discuss tomorrow.
