Boston College Basketball Recruiting: Eagles Offer 2015 PF Aaron Falzon

Jim Christian and the Eagles have offered 6-foot-8, 208 pound power forward Aaron Falzon.

With the additions of Idrissa Diallo and Dimitri Batten to the Eagles roster, Jim Christian and staff may very well have wrapped up their 2014 recruiting. But the new BC coaching staff is wasting no time in turning their attention to the following year's class. Today, the Eagles offered 2015 power forward Aaron Falzon.

Falzon, a 6-foot-8, 208 pound power forward out of Northfield Mount Hermon visited campus a few weeks back. In addition to BC, Falzon claims offers from Harvard, Georgia, N.C. State, Northwestern, Penn State, Providence, Rutgers and Texas Tech, among others. New BC assistant Scott Spinelli was Falzon's primary recruiter while at Maryland.

The recruiting services are all over the map as to where Falzon falls in the rankings. Both Rivals.com and 247Sports rank Falzon as a four-star recruit. Scout gives Falzon three stars while ESPN gives him just two. 247Sports ranks him as the third best recruit in the state for 2015, behind Cushing Academy PG Jalen Adams and fellow N.M.H. teammate and BC target Josh Sharma.

Falzon leads his AAU team, Expressions Elite (MA), in points per game (17.1) and minutes per game (28.4), and is second in rebounds per game (6.2). He netted a season-high 31 points on 12-of-23 shooting in a 79-77 loss to The Family (MI) over the weekend.

As Jim Christian and staff look to restock the Eagles roster with ACC-caliber talent, there's no better place to start that search than right here in New England.
