Boston College 64, Harvard 57 (OT): Video Highlights

This is not a drill.

Boston College men's basketball defeated the Harvard Crimson, 64-57, in overtime. Our long national nightmare is over. Here are the videos to prove it.

Aaron Brown got off to a hot start in the first half, netting 10 points for the Eagles. The Boston College defense also did a great job of limiting Harvard on offense, turning the Crimson over 10 times and netting some easy baskets in transition. It wasn't all good news for BC, which turned in an abysmal second-half performance as the Crimson erased an 11-point halftime lead to force overtime. BC even found themselves down two late before Aaron Brown's only bucket of the second half forced the game into OT.

In the extra session, Olivier Hanlan and Patrick Heckmann took over, scoring some big buckets down the stretch; none bigger than Heckmann's three-pointer late to seal it.

All told, four Boston College players scored in double-figures. Olivier Hanlan led all scorers with 17 points and 8 assists. Clifford registered his first (!) double-double of the year with 13 and 10, while the Eagles' defense held Harvard to 32 percent shooting from the field.

Up next for the Eagles is a home game against #2 Virginia on Saturday. The Cavaliers took care of business against Clemson, 65-42, on Tuesday night. Here are the highlights:
