Arizona has landed a commitment from Boston College junior forward Ryan Anderson, who took to Twitter on Thursday night to announce his decision.

Anderson made visits to Iowa State and Arizona before committing to the Wildcats. He was also considering Indiana before canceling a trip to Bloomington planned for this week.
The Lakewood, California native played three seasons at Boston College and will sit out the upcoming 2014-15 season due to NCAA transfer regulations. He'll have one year of eligibility remaining with the Wildcats beginning in the fall of 2015.
Last year's co-captain, Anderson started in 92 of 95 games in three seasons at Boston College under Steve Donahue. He lead all scorers as a true freshman (11.2 ppg) and finished second on the team in scoring to Olivier Hanlan during his sophomore (14.9 ppg) and junior (14.3 ppg) campaigns. He also led the team in rebounding all three years.
Anderson finished his BC career 22nd on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,282 points, becoming the 40th player in school history to reach the 1,000-point mark. Best of luck to Ryan in Tucson.
