The Boston College Eagles dispatched the Massachusetts Lowell River Hawks, 70-47, on Monday afternoon to improve to 7-4 on the year. Here are the videos to prove it.
Aaron Brown led the way with 22 points on 9-of-12 shooting and Dennis Clifford tied a season-high with 19, but Olivier Hanlan continues to struggle mightily on the offensive end. Hanlan added 10 points on 4-of-12 shooting, but had some really bad looks from the floor (that of course did not make the highlight reel below).
Next up for the Eagles is a trip to Cameron Indoor Stadium to take on No. 2, 11-0 Duke. The Blue Devils are riding a 39-game winning streak after taking care of Toledo, 86-69, on Monday night.
BC will have its hands full with Duke star freshman Jahlil Okafor, who scored a career-high 27 points on 12 of 15 shooting in the win over Toledo. He's reach the 20-point mark for the fourth (!) time in six games. Nightmare fuel:
