Do you really need that overpriced Starbucks drink today?

Because if you took the $5 you'd spend on your iced, half caf, ristretto, venti, 4-pump, sugar free, cinnamon dolce soy skinny latte and instead put it on Boston College men's basketball to win this year's national championship, you could be $2,495 richer at the end of the 2014-15 college basketball season.

According to Bovada, Boston College is a 500/1 long shot to cut down the nets in Indianapolis and win the 2015 NCAA Men's Basketball National Championship. I mean...sure, why not?

Kentucky is still the odds-on favorite to win at 7/2. Arizona (9/1), Wisconsin (9/1), Duke (12/1) and North Carolina (12/1) round out the top five. From the ACC, Louisville checks in at 25/1, Syracuse and Virginia at 40/1 and Pittsburgh at 75/1. Florida State (100/1), Miami (100/1), Notre Dame (100/1), N.C. State (200/1), Clemson (300/1), Georgia Tech (300/1), Virginia Tech (500/1) and Wake Forest (500/1) are also on the board this time around.

From the Eagles' non-conference slate, Harvard (100/1), Providence (150/1), New Mexico (200/1), UMass (300/1) and USC (300/1) are all on the board as well.

The Eagles' 2014-15 campaign gets underway next Friday...like, soon...November 14 at 7:00 p.m. as Boston College hosts New Hampshire at Conte Forum.
