Game Day Info:
First Pitch: 12 PM
Venue: Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field, Coral Gables, Florida (Capacity: 5,000)
Only half of the Super Regionals kicked off yesterday, with BC-Miami, Arizona-Mississippi State, Texas Tech-ECU, and TCU-Texas A&M all kicking off their best-of-three series. Today, when all eight are in action, they'll be playing the first batch of elimination games.
BC-Miami kicks things off at noon today on ESPNU, while Louisville plays UCSB in the first of their series on ESPN2. Games will keep going off from there, starting at 3 PM and 6 PM before LSU hosts Coastal Carolina at 9 PM. All of those times, for what it's worth, are in the eastern time zone.
So that means Gaucho fans are going to have to wake up bright and early to catch their team play the Cardinals out east. That's an interesting subplot since it's essentially a 9 AM game for them.
