Fresh off a marathon, white-knuckle victory over Villanova yesterday that improved BC to 7-0 for the first time in decades, the Eagles can kick back and relax a bit for a fun exhibition game today against the Boston Red Sox. But of course, odds are they won't relax too much - the opportunity to go up against big leaguers is always a thrill for BC and Northeastern in the annual spring training tradition.
Today raises the curtain on the Red Sox spring training season. For BC, it wraps up what's been a very successful weekend, with the Eagles going 3-0 in NCAA games.
