Birdball Postpones Home Opener with Holy Cross

Boston College baseball postponed its scheduled home opener for today due to cold weather affecting field conditions.  There is no scheduled make up date, but the Eagles and Holy Cross, the scheduled opponent, will look to later in the season for a potential date.

BC is coming off three more losses against Virginia this weekend, including an extra inning thriller as part of their doubleheader on Saturday.  We'll have full coverage of that as the week goes along.

Boston College is back in action this week when they take on Wake Forest on Friday in their ACC home opener.
