The deal is done. The ACC Tournament is coming to Brooklyn's Barclays Center in 2017 and 2018. Hipster ACC Men's Basketball Tournament Achievement Unlocked!

The deal is done, and the ACC tournament is coming to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for 2017 and 2018, a person with direct knowledge of the agreement told USA TODAY Sports.

The Barclays Center is expected to hold a news conference to announce the news on Wednesday.

The Tournament is slowly making its way up the eastern seaboard. The 2015 edition of the ACC Tournament will be played once again in Greensboro, North Carolina, before heading up to Washington D.C. for 2016 and all of the Terrapin trolling.

The Atlantic 10 will be moving its tournament out of Barclays for two years before returning in 2018-19. In the meantime, the conference is eyeing Pittsburgh and DC as possible host cities for those two years. The A-10 is also getting a bunch of games vs. the ACC at the Barclays Center in exchange for the venue.

My guess is the ACC Tournament will swing back down south following the two years in Brooklyn.

It's no Madison Square Garden, but that's OK. MSG can have its Creighton-Providence final. We'll take our Duke-Virginia final across the river and be just fine, thanks.
