Boston College baseball won both games of its doubleheader down in Blacksburg today, which won them the series against the #10 Virginia Tech Hokies. After defeating #2 Tennessee last week, Birdball has put together a bit of a hot streak to start the season, posting a 12-2 record to this point.

After missing yesterday’s contest against Louisville in the ACC tournament, Boston College center Quinten Post remains questionable to return from the sprained ankle he suffered last week against Georgia Tech. "A sprained ankle, nothing more than that. You know, it's day-to-day. We saw him yesterday, he was moving around better. We'll work with him tonight ... and we'll have a better feel, better understanding of where he is."
Earl Grant said on Monday morning that Quinten Post suffered a sprained ankle versus Georgia Tech last week and his injury is day-to-day. The team hopes he can return for the ACC tournament, which starts Tuesday against Louisville.
