Catch up on the highlights from yesterday’s season opener, as Boston College pasted Colgate 51-0 to open up the 2021 season at Alumni Stadium.

While BC got off to a bit of a slow start in the first quarter, the second included some highlight reel plays by the Eagles’ much-anticipated wide receiver corps. Trae Barry had probably the highlight of the game, leaping over a defender en route to a TD; Zay Flowers made a nice grab in traffic in the end zone; and true freshman Jaden Williams making a sweet touchdown grab for his first collegiate score.

Second half highlights included a pick-6 by Jahmin Muse.

Though this wasn’t necessarily a game to hang up in an art museum, there were some great plays by the Eagles throughout, as players begin ramping up for the bigger challenges yet to come.

1-0!
