Name: Colby Ambrosio

Position: Forward

Year: Sophomore

Number: 27

Height: 5’9

Hometown: Welland, Ontario

Previous Stats: Ambrosio had a solid rookie season, coming in second amongst the BC freshmen with 15 points. He had a pretty even split between goals (7) and assists (8) and showcased an ability to score some really pretty points and to earn chances with his agility. Prior to BC, Ambrosio spent 2 seasons in the USHL with the Tri-City Storm. In his final year there he recorded 50 points in 48 games.

Season Outlook: If he can avoid a sophomore slump, Ambrosio stands to have a breakout year. With the Eagles losing a huge chunk of their scoring power, players like Ambrosio will have the chance to really step up and make a difference. He is one of the players whose offensive output this season will really determine how successful BC is.

Drafted: 118th overall (4th round) by the Colorado Avalanche in 2020.

Fun Fact: He scored 1 power play goal and 1 shorthanded goal as a freshman
