NCAA Lacrosse Championship Selection Show: How to Watch

Tonight, the Boston College women’s lacrosse team will find out whether or not their season will continue, and if it will, who they’ll face next. The NCAA will be airing a joint selection show for both men’s and women’s Division I lacrosse at 9 PM on ESPNU.

The Eagles have been to 3 straight Final Fours, but are still looking for their first big trophy. This season, BC went 13-3 overall, only losing to #1 UNC and (twice) to #3 Syracuse. The Orange were responsible for knocking the Eagles out of the ACC Tournament with a 19-17 victory.

The NCAA Tournament field will be comprised of 29 teams - 15 automatic bids and 14 other selections. Since the Eagles were not the top team in the ACC, they will be vying for 1 of the 14 spots after the auto-bids. It would be a big shock if they aren’t chosen, and they should get a decent seeding as well.
