Charlotte North scored in overtime to deliver a walk-off 14-13 win for #5 Boston College women’s lacrosse over #15 Louisville on Friday night at Alumni Stadium:

The senior has been on fire for the Eagles, driving BC to a 6-1 record (2-1 ACC).

The Eagles rallied back from a 12-9 deficit with just over 13 minutes to go to take a 13-12 lead, before Louisville pushed the Eagles into OT.

Belle Smith led the way on the comeback trail with four goals and one outstanding stick throw:

Boston College will take on Louisville again on Sunday at 11 AM, also at Alumni Stadium. The game will be televised live on the ACC Network, so it’ll be a good opportunity for ACCN subscribers to check out this year’s Eagles.

BC is now 4-1 against ranked opponents, bouncing back from a loss at #1 UNC to top two top-15 ACC teams, to add to earlier nonconference winks over ranked USC and UMass-Amherst.
