MBB How to Watch: Boston College vs. Syracuse Orange

The Eagles Cap Off their Regular Season with a Senior Night Tilt Against the Orange

NCAA Basketball: Boston College at Syracuse Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

Well, it has been an unfortunate ending to the season for Jim Christian’s squad as they go into tonight on a three game losing streak. For Coach Christian, this very well may end up being the last game he coaches o the Eagle’s home court as it is locked in that he will now have brought a BC team to an under .500 regular season record for the sixth time in his seven seasons on the Heights. Yet, despite how hard it might be to ignore that fact, the Eagle fan base will try to make tonight all about the few Seniors on the team who will suit up for their last time in Conte. So lets all remember to tip our caps to Seniors Derryk Tornton, Nic Popovic, Jared Hamilton and walk-on Matt DiLuccio.

Expect to see some big minutes from most of them this evening as they take on a rather uncanny Syracuse team who is coming off of a blow-out loss on their home court last week against UNC. However, it is still the same team that handed the Eagles a whopping their last time out in January with the Orange coming out victorious by a scoring margin of 16. As for tonight, Vegas is giving BC a tad more of a chance of securing a final regular season win on their home court with them coming into the game as a +4.5 underdog
