Boston College women’s basketball has picked up a new recruit: 2022 graduate Ally Carman out of Red Bank, New Jersey. Carman announced her commitment on Twitter last night:

The 6’4” center will add some good height to BC’s roster, something Coach McNamee has definitely been working on bringing to the Heights with her recruits.
Carman is a top 10 ranked player in New Jersey and averages 13.6 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game. Carman is good at finding her way to the net and using her height to score baskets, and should be a good addition to BC’s team.
Carman is the first class of 2022 recruit to commit to Boston College. She joins highly touted 2021 recruit Ally VanTimmeren as BC’s verbally committed future Eagles.
