It appears Jeff Hafley has his offensive coordinator, and it’s Frank Cignetti Jr, per Bruce Feldman. Cignetti and Hafley go back to their days together at the University of Pittsburgh, where Cignetti was offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach from 2009-2010 while Hafley coached the secondary.
SOURCE: #BostonCollege is hiring Frank Cignetti as OC and QBs coach. This is a really nice get for the Eagles... Cignetti, a former NFL quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator, and new BC coach Jeff Hafley go back to their days at #Pitt.

Cignetti, a Pittsburgh native, has years of coaching experience, moving between college football and the NFL. He most recently served as quarterbacks coach in Green Bay in 2018 and has spent the past year as part of the ‘McCarthy group,’ pouring over film with Mike McCarthy, the likely next Dallas Cowboys head coach. Prior to this, Cignetti served in the same capacity with the New York Giants for two seasons, and spent the previous four seasons with the St. Louis Rams, one as an offensive coordinator.
His most recent college experience comes by way of Rutgers (classic), where he was the offensive coordinator in 2011 (with Jeff Hafley again coaching the secondary), and before that at Pittsburgh. His other college stops include Cal, the University of North Carolina, and Fresno State, with NFL stints with the 49ers, Saints, and Chiefs (all going back some time though). Essentially, Cignetti has been working as an offensive coordinator and/or quarterbacks coach for the past 20 years.
