The NFL’s 100th season (if that wasn’t made clear by all of the marketing) kicks off tonight with the Bears and the Packers. Let’s take a look at where some of our Eagles have landed:

The Classics

S Justin Simmons, Broncos, 4th season

S John Johnson III, Rams, 3rd season

LB Matt Milano, Bills, 3rd season

LB Harold Landry, Titans, 2nd season

CB Isaac Yiadom - Broncos, 2nd season

Old Faces, New Places

Hey Rook!

  • OG Chris Lindstrom - Falcon (1st round pick)
  • DE Zach Allen - Cardinals (3rd round pick)
  • S Will Harris - Lions (3rd round pick)
  • TE Tommy Sweeney (7th round pick) and his mustache made the Bills final 53
  • Fan favorite WR Jeff Smith added to Jets practice squad.
  • WR Michael Walker added to the Jags practice squad
  • OLB Wyatt Ray looks to have been signed to the Texans practice squad after spending camp with the Browns

Some other notes:

  • OT Brian Mihalik initially made the Giants roster, but since waived
  • LB Connor Strachan worked out with the Bengals, spent camp with the Jaguars
  • OT Aaron Monteiro had a tryout with the Lions, after spending camp with the Dolphins
  • Former Eagle, Scarlet Knight RB Jon Hilliman was also signed to the Giants practice squad

Best of luck to all of these guys!
