Name: Zach Walker

Number: 14

Position: Forward

Class Year: Senior

Drafted: N/A but has attended the Nashville Predators development camp

Background: Walker played in 22 games for BC last season, in 31 games as a sophomore, and in 32 games as a freshman. He doesn’t tend to see too much ice time per game, but is a player who always gives 100% and plays hard when he is on the ice. All of Walker’s career highs came during his freshman season, when he picked up 7 points with 5 assists and 2 goals. He is a physical player who is able to get onto the ice and give the other team trouble. Walker had some solid scoring opportunities last season, but was unable to convert on them.

2019-20 Outlook: With a number of skilled freshman forwards joining the team this season, it is likely that Walker will see his playing time diminish. Expect to see him on the ice when BC needs a tough forward to add some grit in a particular game. Walker will also likely be one of the first choices to take on a bigger role in the event of forward injuries.

Fun Fact: He interned in the BC athletics development office this summer.
