Game Day Facts
Who
Boston College Eagles (2-0) vs
Kansas Jayhawks (1-1)
What
:no_upscale()/cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/19198305/rock_chalk.jpg)
The first ever meeting between these two schools. Facing a Les Miles team seems like it should be concerning, but given last week’s Jayhawk 12-7 loss to Coastal Carolina, it’s tough to get particularly worked up for this one.
Where
Alumni Stadium
Chestnut Hill, MA
When
Friday September 13th, 2019
Kickoff is set for 7:30 PM ET
How to Watch
The game is going to be broadcast on the ACC Network. You can also access the game via the ESPN app on mobile.
The ACC Network can be found on:
Channel 612 for DirecTV
Channel 402 for Dish Network
Channel 388 for Spectrum
Channel 829 for Verizon Fios (329 in standard definition)
Channel numbers vary for Charter, Cox, and other providers
You can also get ACC Network with one of these streaming options:
Hulu + Live TV
YouTube TV
Playstation Vue (Core)
Sling TV (Orange Sports Extra)
HOW TO WATCH IF YOU HAVE XFINITY OR SOME OTHER PROVIDER THAT HATES YOU
Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and Playstation Vue all have free trial periods. YouTube and Vue are both 5 day trials, while Hulu gives you a seven day test run. If you signed up for Hulu last Saturday for the Richmond game, you should still have today left on your free trial.
Sling TV has a different trial structure where it lets you try Sling TV for $15 for a month, which certainly isn’t a bad deal either. It’s another option should you need to use it.
How to Listen
The radio broadcast will be on the BC IMG Sports Network, which is 850AM for the locals (no Red Sox game tomorrow night but the game will still be on 850 instead of 93.7 anyway). You can also listen on Tunein.com — just search Boston College football.
