Terrence Clarke, a 2021 5-Star SG out of Brewster Academy, officially announced his final 6 schools today. Boston College made the cut, along with traditional powers UCLA, Duke, Kentucky, and recent risers Memphis and Texas Tech. 247 Sports has Kentucky as the clear favorite, but BC has a small chance as the hometown program.
Clarke is ranked as the 3rd best recruit in the 2021 Class and is by far the best recruit out of the Northeast. He is scheduled to announce his official decision on September 14th.
Thank you to all the coaches that have been recruiting me through this process. I cannot stress the amount of appreciation! These are my final 6 schools pic.twitter.com/GgkaA3Gjnp

You can see his highlight package below. where his athleticism and scoring ability is on full display. It’s just not fair to be a 6-7 guard.
It goes without saying that this would be both a huge recruiting coup and a season changing get for Jim Christian. We can hope.
*Edit: in the case that this seems very early for a 2021 recruit, you’re right. But Clarke is also widely expected to reclassify to 2020, according to Lexington Herald-Leader reporter Ben Roberts and first reported on his Kentucky recruiting blog.
