This afternoon, Michael Posma announced his commitment to Boston College on Twitter.

Posma is a 2001-born, 6’0” forward who just wrapped up a season at Kent School, where he put up 46 points in 27 games and led the team in scoring. He also played with the Yale Jr. Bulldogs during the 2019 USA Hockey Youth National tournament where he tallied 11 points in 4 games, leading all scorers in the tournament. According to Russ Bitely, Posma has good playmaking skills, vision, scoring touch around the net, and will be on the NHL Draft radar.

For the 2019-2020 season, he will be playing with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the USHL, ideally placing his arrival at BC in the fall of 2020.

Welcome to the Heights, Michael!
