The first signing of the 2021 class is in! Jalen Kitna, the son of former NFL quarterback and current Dallas Cowboys quarterbacks coach Jon Kitna, announced his commitment to BC via Twitter.
Committed!! Crazy how much different, but also how much better God’s plan is for you when you’re faithful to him! I love this staff and the program they are building. This is the place to be! #DecideToFly @BCCoachJake @CoachTrautFB @JwDiBiaso pic.twitter.com/LIz44gwKFf

Jalen is a 6’3 185 pound pro-style quarterback. Last season he played at Brophy College Prep in Arizona, but will be playing at Reedy High School in Frisco, Texas this season. He also holds offers from Colorado and Tennessee. His father Jon played 16 season in the NFL before ending his career with the Cowboys, having stints with the Seahawks, Bengals, and Lions. Jalen’s brother Jordan also played quarterback and walked-on at TCU in 2016 before transferring.
This is a fantastic signing for the Eagles and sets a great tone, especially since missing out on a 2020 quarterback. Keep an eye for Jalen these next two seasons to get a sneak peak of what he will bring to BC.
Welcome to the Heights, Jalen!
