Ky Bowman is signing a one-year deal with the #Warriors, a source tells ESPN. @KyranBowman averaged 19 PPG, 8 RPG and 4 APG as a guard for @BCMBB last season, while earning 2nd-Team All-ACC honors. @warriors https://t.co/N8NAbnHtDG

It didn’t happen last night but it happened today. Ky Bowman is reportedly headed to the Western Conference Champion Golden State Warriors on a one year “prove it deal.” Bowman reportedly had the opportunity to be drafted last night but turned down the chance at a two-way deal so he could bet on himself.
Bowman would join the Warriors at an opportune time, as the team has suffered several high profile injuries. Klay Thompson is out for presumably a year, and Kevin Durant’s future (as well as Quinn Cook’s) is up in the air. Bowman thrives in chaos, and I have no doubt he could leave his mark as Steve Kerr tries to extend his championship window.
Bowman left some doubt on twitter, however, as he cryptically tweeted this just a few minutes ago. The GSW offer may be unsigned still and the Clippers offer, through which Bowman could rejoin Jerome Robinson, from earlier today may be tempting.
Deals still on table

We’ll keep you updated. Regardless of what happens, it looks like Bowman will get his chance to make a Fred VanVleet style storyline. We’re all rooting for you Ky! Go Eagles
