BC Interruption is bringing on a football writer. Keep reading to find out if this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What does the role entail?

This writer will be responsible for writing about Boston College football on an agreed-upon schedule. They’ll help organize our football season preview, cover recruiting news, and write game previews for most games. This is a part-time, remote, contract role compensated with a monthly stipend.

What qualifications should you have?

Our best candidates will:

  • Have a passion for Boston College football and news and is already familiar with BC Interruption.
  • Be familiar with recruiting and comfortable writing about it for BC Interruption.
  • Be willing to help with football content planning.
  • Be able to produce and edit clean copy.
  • Be comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Previous sportswriting experience is preferred.
